Censor Quintus Claudius Locatus Barbatus has asked me to pass this message to the Societas: as you may know, he is in Berlin for four months for school. But until now, he still hasn't got any internet access, so he is not able to follow the Societas forum and perform his duties. But he has promised he will be back as soon as possible.

Has Quintus Claudius Locatus Barbatus gotten on line from Berlin yet? I've
PM'd and e-mail him several times with no answer. We rotate months as the
active Censor and December is his month. If he is not online for this
month I will continue to work into December. We've got four applications
to process. I will do them on Monday evening if I haven't heard from my collegue by then.
