Augustus has always been my favourite as he is one of the statemen and politicians in world history. Aurelius´ sense of duty and his Meditations are dear also. But Galba? "omnium consensu capax imperii nisi imperasset"

I´m so proud of myself, my emperor´s test results shows that I am enters the most detached and the ones that they had changed the course of the history for its actions and influence.

Yes, Honorius was bad, probably one of the worst emperors. He didn't have a clue, so it seems.

As I understood it, Honorious wasn't that bad. He was in an almost impossible situation - by his day, the western Empire was almost inevitably going to fall, it was just a matter of when. And through Constantius he did manage to re-assert control over the Burgundians and Visigoths, so it's not like he just lay down and took the punishment that was being meted out...

Then again, my knowledge of that period isn't brilliant, so feel free to correct me.

It could be that my vision is clouded by Gibbons's strong dislike of him, and perhaps you are right that the fall had become inevitable, but still, during his long reign one would think he'd at least come up with a plan rather than taking ad hoc measures.

I do not feel that the exam is accurate, how can you actually answer those questions and retain an accurate answer? It asks, "Are you anything but a Christian." Well, my answer is no, but I assume that it will take my answer to mean that I am a Christian. Am I wrong? I am against Christianity, but I am against other religions as well.

As you can see from my avatar, I'm a Marcus Aurelius fan, and a stoic at heart, but he wasn't even listed in my top 25. Quor?

Ummm... opposites attract?

Well, it's just a game of course. 25 questions won't tell you much about 24 people, I suppose.
