Salvete,

What was the political and geographical position of the Cyclades during the Greek Rule? Where they independent?

Khaire Loukate,

Define "Greek rule". If you mean "Greek period", again define which period. In the 5th century I think the Cycladic isles belonged to the Attic-Delic League, militarily speaking subject to Athens. In earlier times I know that they were part of the Minoic empire, but I couldn't tell on the time between the Minoic age and the Athenian age.
