I've had a look at this website, and to be honest I'm not that impressed with it. For starters, to have waving flags of the modern Palastinian authority is a rather incongruous. Not unless the Palastinians claim him as one of their own, which I somehow doubt!

Then the design and content of the website is not particularly good. It's clearly an amalgamation of works from many other websites, having recognised pictures and animations from some much better sites on antiquity, and the text in boxes that you can edit (but cannot save) is frankly bizarre!

I could see how the modern Palestinians could claim Hannibal: Carthage was founded by the Phoenicians, after all...

There are no links between Phoeni and Palestin. because it is 2 differnt territoreis. But principal this states existed in 2 epochs, devided by 700 years. Arabs appeared in Palestin some more 700 years later.
