SALVETE OMNES, S.V.B.E.V.

Anyone ever hear of this theory? That would be a lot of pseudohistory to write. :?

Salve Garrule,

It's interesting, but I'm not convinced. Romans consipring to create a religion that got its first followers in Greece? Also, many of the texts of the bible were canonised in the 4th century (and they were all written in Greek), which was more than 250 years after the first Flavian dynasty. And the fact that a growing number of scholars thinks Jesus never existed, doesn't automatically make it so :). If the purpose was the create an anti-Jewish religion, I wonder why post-Flavian emperors cracked down on christianity as well. It just seems too convoluted to me.

Vale bene,
