Salvete Romani,

just a quick poll to see which resolution most of you are using.

I'm thinking of creating some SVR wallpapers and wanted to know what the best resolution would be.

So vote away :)

Salve,

I voted "Other" because I'm using 1280x1024. And I would love some wallpapers. I do use 1024x768 at work.

Salvete,

I went ahead and made a first one sized 1024 x 768. It's sober but it gets it's job done.

Personally I prefer simple wallpapers because otherwise I have the feeling my screen gets cluttered.

Anyway, more might follow if I've got some spare time on my hands. Russian is taking it's toll on my spare time  .

Oh, and here's the link of course: I want to be on your desktop!

Salvete,

Just finished another one, thought I'm not quite satisfied with it. The reason why I post it though, is because I'd like some member feedback of what you would like to see.

By the way, it's sized 1024 x 786 again but I'll try and get some other sizes up too.

Nice image, but I prefer my current desktop BG:

Also, you should have one for 1600 x 1200 res, for my 20.1" LCD :)

To find out your current screen resolution, right-click anywhere on your desktop BG, select "Properties" then the "Settings" tab. In the lower left corner is a slider with your current resolution.

I'm with Piscinus. Tell us how to find out our desktop size!

I very much like both the wall papers, but I am using the second because the image is not hidden behind all my icons.

By the way, the second wall paper does not fill up my desktop.

Salvete Romani,

This is how you find out your resolution:

I'll see what I can do about making some more but time is against me.

Valete,

I like it okay, but the script could be on Latin or Roman and not Celtic.
